Now the Lunar New Year 2024 is approaching, we would like to notify our customers that our factory will be temporarily closed for a long period of holiday from Feb. 1 to Feb. 14.
All orders that were placed before Feb 1st still be processed and shipped on time.
However, our website, order, and support system will remain functional during this period. And we will arrange some of the staff on duty.
Our Customer Service is also available from Feb. 1 to Feb. 14. But not all CS is on duty. That’s why we will reply to your message within 24 -48 hours. Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of each other.
